Rapid detection of abscisic acid based on the surface plasmon resonance absorption properties of gold nanoparticles
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,a novel rapid method of detecting abscisic acid was demonstrated based on the surface plasmon resonance absorption properties of gold nanoparticles.The absorption spectra of AuNPs was recorded by an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer,and its feasibility was verified by ex periments.Under the optimized NaCl condition,the standard concentration of 5,20,50,100,200 μmol · L-1 were detected,respectively.There was a good linear relationship between the concentrations of ABA and the ration of absorbance (A620/A522) with the correlation coefficient R of 0.996.关键词
