Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of beta blockers combined with Wenxin granule in the treatment of cardiovascular neurosis.Methods Eighty cases with cardiovascular neurosis in our hospital were selected as objects and were randomly divided into treatment group(n=40) and control group(n=40) according to the random parallel grouping method.Patients in the control group took metoprolol 30 mg each time orally,two times a day;the treatment group additionally received Wenxin granule(main ingredients containing codonopsis,rhizoma polygonati,notoginseng,etc.) 9 g per time orally,three times a day for 8 weeks.Results After 8 weeks treatment,the effective rate in the treatment group (90％) was significantly higher than that in the control group(65％) (x2 =21.520,P=21.520).Before treatment,no significant difference was found between two groups in terms of SSS scores(P＞0.05),which were obviously decreased after 4-and 8-week treatment (P＜ 0.05).In addition,the treatment group got the lower scores than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The therapy of beta blockers combined with Wenxin granule has an effect on patients with cardiovascular neurosis,which should be worthy of wide application.关键词
