Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence factors for the prognosis of severe traumatic brain injury patients caused by traffic injuries. Methods A total of 108 severe traumatic brain injury patients caused by traffic injuries who were selected in our hospital from March 2012 to April 2014 were retrospective analyzed, and were divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to the Glasgow outcome scale (GOS).The possible influencing factors were analyzed by univariate analysis, such as the patienfs age, sex, systolic blood pressure, oxygen saturation, blood glucose, pupil score, injury severity score (ISS),Glasgow coma score (GCS) and other single factor, and the risk factors were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that the oxygen saturation, systolic blood pressure, blood sugar, pupil scores,ISS score and GCS score were related to the prognosis of patients,P<0.05.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that blood glucose, oxygen saturation,ISS score,GCS score were independent risk factors,P<0.05.Conclusion The prognosis of severe traumatic brain injury patients caused by traffic injuries are closely related to glucose, oxygen saturation,ISS score,GCS score.Focusing on and targeting to improve these indicators is important to improve the prognosis.关键词
