Abstract
Objective To evaluate the risk factors of rebleeding in hypertension cerebral hemorrhage treated by cerebral paracentesis under CT monitoring.Methods Five hundred patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage from September 2010 to October 2014 in our hospital were researched.According to whether rebleeding,they were divided into control group (n=452) and observation group (n=48).The independent risk factors of postoperative rebleeding of hypertension cerebral hemorrhage treated by cerebral paracentesis under CT monitoring were analyzed using Logistic regression statistical.Results Logistic regression analysis results showed that operation time,postoperative blood pressure,suction amount for the first time,the liver disease were independent risk factors (P＜0.05).Conclusion For hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients treated by cerebral paracentesis under CT monitoring,pay attention to the timing of surgery,postoperative blood pressure,first puff volume,liver disease are advantageous to the recognition and treatment of rebleeding.关键词
