基于德尔菲法的痛风危险因素研究
Study on the Risk Factors of Arthrolithiasis based on Delphi Method
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To form an expert consensus on risk factors of arthrolithiasis.Methods:Review the literature by using the network databases and summarize risk factors of arthrolithiasis,to form the expert questionnaire which was sent by e-mail and finally forming expert consensus of the gout risk factors by using statistical evaluation of Delphi method.Results:40 questionnaires were distributed and 30 questionnaires were recovered,and the positive coefficient was 75％.In the first round,there were 37 risk factors.After two rounds of expert evaluation,23 risk factors of gout were found ranking by the evaluation index (S).Conclusion:Beer,seafood,hyperuricemia,animal offal,meat soup,a family history of arthrolithiasis,gender,age,drugs,nephropathy,obesity,hyperlipidemia,rice wine,liquor,old age,hypertension,BMI,diabetes,postmenopausal women,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,cerebrovascular disease,red wine,fatigue are risk factors of arthrolithiasis that higher consensus.关键词
