调心通督针刺法治疗血管性痴呆的临床研究
Clinical Observation of Tiaoxin Tongdu Acupuncture for Treatment of Vascular Dementia
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Tiaoxin Tongdu acupuncture (调心通督针刺法）on vascular dementia (VD).Methods:The 60 patients with VD were randomly divided to treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Tiaoxin Tongdu Acupuncture on Baihui (DU20),Shenting (DU24),Shuigou (DU26),Neiguan (PC6),Daling (PC7),Laogong (PC8).And the control group was treated with oral administration of nimodipine.They were treated for 30 days.Mini-mental state scale (MMSE) and clinical therapy treatment were detected before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate for cognition improvement was 93.3％ in the therapy group and 73.3％ in the medication group.There were significant differences between the two groups (P＜0.05).Scores for MMSE indicated that there were significant improvements as the two groups.And the treatment group was better than the other group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tiaoxin Tongdu Acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect in improvement of scores for MMSE on vascular dementia.关键词
