滑膜炎汤配合骨炎膏外敷治疗髋关节一过性滑膜炎的临床研究
Effect of Guyan Ointment（骨炎膏）combined with Huamoyan Tang（滑膜炎汤）on Transient Synovitis of the Hip

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Guyan Ointment （骨炎膏） combined with Huamoya Tang(滑膜炎汤) applied in the treatment of transient synovitis of the hip (TSH) in children.Methods:The 9 patients with TSH were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases in treatment group and 44 cases in control group.The control group was given treatment included immobilization,traction.The treatment group was given Guyan Ointment combined with Huamoyan Tang based on the treatment of the control group.Results:Compared with the control group,the treatment group had the short duration of treatment (P＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the Harris scores and the VAS scores before and after the treatment (P＞0.05).Treatment group effective rate was 95.8％,the control group was 88.6％,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Guyan Ointment combined with Huamoyan Tang has good clinical curative effect on TSH.关键词
