主动悬架控制策略研究与试验验证
Control strategy research and experiment verification on active suspension
摘要
Abstract
In order to coordinate the ride comfort and safety effectively,the research on hybrid control strategy of active suspension based on Particle Swarm Algorithm (PSA) is conducted.The limitations of skyhook/groundhook control strategy in dynamic performance improvement are analyzed firstly.Then the hybrid control strategy is proposed followed by a combination of skyhook and groundhook control strategy,and control parameters of hybrid control strategy are optimized and determined by using particle swarm algorithm.And then,the comparative simulation analysis of the active suspension based on hybrid control strategy and traditional passive suspension in time domain and frequency domain are conducted.The results show that the performance of active suspension of hybrid control strategy is significantly better than the passive.The RMS value of vehicle body acceleration decreases by 13.89%,the RMS value of dynamic deflection is reduced by 22.22%,meanwhile the RMS value of wheel dynamic load decreases by 8.59%,which verify the effectiveness of hybrid control strategy in coordination of vehicle dynamic performance and correctness of optimization results of control parameters.At last,bench test is conducted,and the experiment results agree with the simulation results,which verifies the accuracy of simulation results.关键词
