改性处理衬垫对自润滑关节轴承粘接性能及摩擦学性能的影响
Effects of liner modification on the bonding behavior and tribological properties of self-lubricating spherical plain bearings
摘要
Abstract
The liners of hybrid PTFE and kevlar fabrics were treated with acrylamide,phosphate ester and glycerol ether.The peeling strength was measured using Instron 5944 electronic universal material testing machine and the tribological properties were investigated using self-made compound swinging type friction and wear testing machine,the effects of different treatment methods on the bonding properties and tribological properties of spherical plain bearing were investigated.The results show that the bonding behavior of the modified bearing have a greater degree of improvement and the friction coefficient,wear rate and friction temperature of the bearing were decreased,the bonding properties and tribological properties of spherical plain bearing were the best.关键词
