摘要

Abstract

The design of tong frame of the large-scale forging hydraulic manipulator should satisfy the requirements of sufficient buffer force,long buffer stroke and high efficiency.The buffer characteristics of tong frame motion were compared by using different buffer mode such as spring buffer and hydraulic buffer including throttling,overflow value and accumulator,the results indicate that the accumulator buffer mode was identified as to the requirements of the sufficient buffer force and quickly reset for the tong frame of the large-scale forging hydraulic manipulator.The research could provide some important technical support for the design of large-scale manipulator system.
