近50年剪力墙结构震害及其对抗震设计的启示
Earthquake damages to shear wall structure in last fifty years and seismic design enlightenment

Abstract
Damages to shear wall structures in eight earthquakes at home and abroad in the last fifty years are briefly reviewed and analyzed.Meanwhile,by aid of Pushover analysis,the performances of seismic resistance of the redesigned structural schemes according to Chinese code for a ten-story apartment in Japan and the Torre Alto Rio apartment in Chile are compared with their original design schemes.Based on which,three items of enlightenment forstructural seismic design are presented:1) being propitious to lessen damages of structural and non-structural members under rare earthquake,the performance of seismic resistance of the regular shear wall structure could be considered good;2) the earthquake actions,the formulas for design of reinforced concrete member and the demands for lateral stiffness of shear wall structure stipulated in Chinese codes are able to ensure proper degree of safety for shear wall structure,and it's necessary for Chinese codes to demand proper structural regularities and setting boundary elements at the ends of shear wall member;3) performance-based design method is recommended to adopt for shear wall structures with total height exceeding limit of code or with complex elevation or plan.At the same time,it's proposed for Chinese codes to improve the control of the axial compression ratio of shear wall member and to tighten the conditions for setting shear wall boundary elements.关键词
