含铜钼精矿超导磁分离试验研究
Study on Superconducting Magnetic Separation Dealing with Fine Molybdenum Concentrate Containing Copper

Abstract
In order to solve the problem of high copper content in molybdenum concentrate after flo-tation separation , taking molybdenum concentrate from a dressing plant in Henan Province as an object , fine chalcopyrite was separated from molybdenum concentrate by a superconducting magnet-ic separator .Through optimizing pulsating rate , dispersant dosage , background magnetic field strength and Collecting medium diameter , the optimal separation result was obtained .Finally,"classification-superconducting magnetic separation of fine size fractio" was finally adopted .The copper content in molybdenum concentrate decreased by from 0.69%to 0.193%, with the concen-trate yield of 93 .16%and the Mo recovery of 95 .96%.关键词
