Abstract
It can be an inevitable developing trend to set up a space-based AIS/ADS-B communication system by making good use of the last-stage launch vehicle,because of more and more attentions has been paied to the safety of spacecraft caused by space fragment and the real-time monitoring to large range of sky-to-sea.This paper put forward the idea of combining the two complementary advantages for the first time,and analyze the value of AIS/ADS-B reconfigurable communication payload which base on the last-stage launch vehicle in civil and military.Domestic resecarch status was compared with that abrout;the integrated scheme was designed and the technical challenge in the follow-up work was expounded in this paper,the result can provide research in this field.关键词
