Abstract
Some frequency tuning methods of RF/MW device were described: frequency selection with switch、frequency tuning with varactor and magnetic tuning method.A brief instruction about the working principle of each method was made,the research status、advantages and disadvantages of each method were focused on.At last,all methods were compared,and the development of each was pointed out.关键词
