摘要

Abstract

In order to improve the effect of the existing inhibitor,a new type of composite inhibitor made from water,base stock,filler and additives is formed according to the characteristics and requirements of the inhibitor of prevention of coal spontaneous combustion.The base material of the inhibitor is polymer material.The filler is the halide salt complex of CaCl2,MgC12 and NaC1 with quality ratio of 10:4:1.The additives include accelerator agent,surface active agent and thickening agent.Compared with the common inhibitors,it's more efficient and stable,stronger in weathering and oxidation,and shorter in solidification etc.The field application shows that the polymer inhibitor agent can effectively prevent coal from spontaneous combustion.
