Abstract
This paper took the natural flake graphite as raw material to produce graphene by using the method of oxidation-reduction at different reducing temperature.SEM,XRD and constant current charge and discharge test were taken to analysis the influence of graphene structure and electric properties at different reducing temperature.The results show that the samples had layer structure,and the higher of reducing temperature,the smaller of the layer spacing of the graphene;the layer spacing of graphene is about 0.35 rim.And the half-peak width was first decreasing and then increasing trends.With the increase of the reducing temperature,the first discharge specific capacitance and cycle performance of samples first increase and then increasing trends.The discharge specific capacitance of rGO-80 is 141.1 F/g for the first time,after a 500-cycle capacity remain at a rate of 87.9%.关键词
