Research Progress in the Hybridization Chain Reaction Based Biosensor
摘要
Abstract
Hybridization chain reaction (HCR) is a kind of self-assembly reaction which can be carried out without enzyme participation at room temperature.It is a new type of signal amplification method.It is not only widely used in the common areas,such as colorimetric,fluorescent and electrochemical method,but also in the new field of Chemiluminescence,Electrochemical luminescence,Photochemiluminescence and Raman spectra and so on.So biosensor based on HCR can be used to detect nucleic acids,proteins,cells,small molecules and other biological molecules.This paper reviews the application of the HCR-based biosensors in the biosensing field in the nearly four years,and the future development trend is prospected.关键词
