摘要

Abstract

An experime nt was carded out to study the effects of applying selenium with different seven concentrations (0,0.5,1,2,4,8,16,32 mg/kg) on selenium accumulation of Chinese milk vetch (Astragalus sinicus) and selenium status in soils.The results indicated that selenium application did not exert its significant positive influence on stem diameter and height,and biomass.However,Chinese milk vetch selenium content was increased with the increment in the selenium supplementation level,and there were greatly significant correlation (r=0.99") between them.The utilization rate of selenium fertilizer was decreased with the increment in the selenium supplementation level,and the utilization rates of selenium fertilizer were 0.89%-3.25% under different treatments.The concentrations of total selenium and available selenium in soil were increased with the increment in the selenium supplementation level,but the residual rate of selenium in soil had the opposite trend,and the residual rates of selenium were 41.82%-82.64% under different treatments.
