金线莲乙醇提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌抑菌性能研究
Antibacterial Activity of the Ethanol Extract of Anoectochilus roxburghii on Staphylococcus aureus
摘要
Abstract
Anoectochilus roxburghii was extracted by ethanol.The minimal inhibition concertation (MIC) was detected by the broth two-fold agar dilution method and Staphylococcus aureus MIC was 5 mg/mL.Besides,the inhibitory zone diameters of the ethanol extract on A.roxburghii was up to the maximum at pH9 and 30 ℃,respectively.The protein and sugar concentrations in the bacterium were determined,and the results showed that the ethanol extract of A.roxburghii could inhibit the metabolism of the two substances,which affected the growing of the bacterium.关键词
