摘要

Abstract

Experiments were conducted to analyze the effects of B.bassiana on maize as growth promoter in the present paper.Maize leaves and potting soil were inoculated with conidia suspensions of B.bassiana strain Bb202 at different concentrations,with a small spray machine,respectively.Growth of different parts of maize in each treatment was measured and compared.A significant promotion of foliar spray of B.bassiana was observed on the above parts of maize,including the crop height,leaf length,leaf width and biomass,but no significant effect on roots growth.The most significant promotion on maize growth by foliar spray appeared at a low conidial concentration of 1.0×104 conidia/mL with grass height,leaf length,leaf width and biomass higher of 7.47%,15.42%,25.70% and 16.85% than that of the controls,respectively.Significant promotion on the growth of all parts of the maize crop including roots appeared in all soil treatments by B.bassiana.Higher concentrations of 1.0×106conidia/mL and 1.0×108conidia/mL treatments showed higher promotion effect on maize growth than that of a lower concentration of 1.0×104 conidia/mL.The crop height,leaf length,root length and biomass are respectively higher than that of control by 28.66% and 29.59%,30.66% and 37.85%,43.08% and 33.60%,28.35% and 32.55%.Potting soil treated with B.bassiana suspension of 1.0×106 conidia/mL showed the biggest potential on maize crop as growth promoter.
