摘要

Abstract

Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) is an important natural spice plant that originated from Mediterranean area.Four varieties of rosemary,which were named as "Green-erect Rosemary","Gray-erect Rosemary","Wide Blade-suberect Rosemary" and " Creepy Rosemary",respectively,were identified and analyzed on botanical characters and the essential oil compositions in Guizhou.Biological characters of the plants were investigated firstly,and then the essential oils were extracted with steam distillation,and its constituents were analyzed with GC-MS.The results showed obvious difference existed among the four varieties of rosemary on growth habit,leaf shape and the colors of leaf and flower.The eight main chemicals of essential oils from the four varieties of rosemary all were α-pinene,camphene,β-pinene,eucalyptol,camphor,borneol,verbenone and bornyl acetate.The content of α-pinene was rich in "green-erect rosemary" and "gray-erect rosemary",which was 17.28% and 18.96%,respectively;while camphor was relatively poor in these two types of rosemary,which was 4.29% and 7.87%,respectively.Based on the ISO standard,the chemotype of the two kinds of rosemary was close to the Spanish-type.On the contrary,there was lower content of α-pinene but higher content of camphor in "Wide Blade-suberect Rosemary" and "Creepy Rosemary",which was close to the Tunisia and Morocco-type rosemary.
