摘要

Abstract

Banana (Musaceae,Musa) is one of the most important foods and commercial crops in tropical and subtropical developing countries.The abiotic stresses,such as freezing,drought and salt,influence heavily the yield and quality of banana.A genome-wide analysis and expression profiles analysis on AP2/ERF super gene family of banana,which play an important role in responding to abiotic stresses,were conducted based on banana A genome sequencing.The main results showed that 119 AP2/ERF genes from banana A genome were divided into three families of ERF (100),RAV (15) and soloist (4).ERF family were classified again into ten subfamilies which were named from Ⅰ to X.The same subfamily had same intro-exon structure and conserved motif domain.Taken together,the methods and theories in this paper could be used to study the development and evolution of gene coming AP2/ERF super family in other species.This study could identify some abiotic stress-responsive candidate MaERF genes,which would lay a solid foundation for genetic improvement of banana cultivars in the future.
