摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of quantitative detection of Human Papillomavirus( HPV) E6/E7 mRNA in cervical lesion screening. Methods Thinprep Cytologic Test( TCT) and HPV E6/E7 mRNA quantitative determination were adopt-ed in the same time for 217 cases of patients in our hospital. Results The positive rate of HPV E6/E7 mRNA rose following the elevation of cytology and pathology grade of cervical lesions. The diagnostic sensitivity of HPV E6/E7 mRNA on cervical intraepi-thelial neoplasia(CIN)above grade 2(CIN2+)was higher than TCT,while its specificity was lower than TCT,with statistically sig-nificant differences(P<0. 05). Combined parallel test of HPV E6/E7 mRNA and TCT had good screening effect,the sensitivity and specificity of which were 87. 8%[95%CI(73. 8%,95. 9%)]and 79. 0%[95%CI(72. 2%,84. 8%)],respectively. Conclu-sion The combined detection of TCT and HPV E6/E7 mRNA can improve the sensitivity and specificity of screening for cervical lesions,and has a good clinical value for the prevention and treatment of cervical lesions.关键词
