Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of bronchoalveolar lavage( BAL) combined with piperacillin/sulbactam on patients with bronchiectasis and infection, providing reference for clinical treatment. Methods 119 patients with bronchiectasis complicated infection admitted into our hospital from January 1,2015 to July 31,2016 were included and divided in-to experimental group and control group by random number table. One group was treated with BAL and piperacillin sodium/sulbac-tam sodium and the other group was treated with conventional therapy combined with piperacillin sodium/sulbactam sodium. Time of clinical remission, hospitalization time, serum procalcitonin ( PCT ) levels, forced expiratory volume in 1 second ( FEV 1 ) and FEV1/forced vital capacity( FVC) were compared between two groups. Results After treatment,the time of fever relief,cough and expectoration,pulmonary rales reduction and the length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P<0. 05). After treatment,the level of PCT in the experimental group was(0. 79 ± 0. 04)ng/mL,and that in the control group was(1. 68 ± 0. 04)ng/mL,statistically significant(P<0. 05). After treatment,the FEV1 and FEV1/FVC of the control group were significantly lower than the treatment group,(P<0. 05). Conclusion Bronchoscopy combined with piperacillin sodium/sul-bactam in the treatment of bronchiectasis with infection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the secretion of in-flammatory factors and improve lung function.关键词
