摘要

Abstract

The middle infrared spectroscopy, far-infrared spectroscopy and terahertz time-domain spectroscopy were used to analyze the structure of white filature silk, natural color silk, silk dyed by natural dye;silk dyed by synthetic dye.And a method to differentiate natural color silk and dyed silk was proposed.The results show that there is characteristic absorption peak at the same position of middle infrared spectroscopy and far-infrared spectroscopy.This indicates that the structure of these four kinds of silk are exactly similar and they have the same groups and functional groups.The middle infrared spectroscopy cannot effectively distinguish them.In far-infrared band, the four kinds of silk fibers can be distinguished according to their absorption coefficients and relative intensity of absorption peaks.Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy test result also shows the four kinds of silk fibers can be distinguished according to their absorption coefficients and refractive indexes.
