摘要

Abstract

Ntural silk as a textile fiber has been extensively used in the textile industry for thousands of years.As a main component, silk fibroin shows great application potential in biological field due to its excellent mechanical property and good biocompatibility.Recently, the application of regenerated silk fibroin in biomedical materials (especially tissue engineering, wound dressing and drug controlled-release) has been highly valued by domestic and overseas researchers.In this paper, the structure and dissolving methods of silk fibroin are introduced, and the formation mode of regenerated silk fibroin fibers is also illustrated.The application state and prospect of regenerated silk fibroin fibers in biomedical field are also discussed.
