针灸治疗脑卒中后吞咽功能障碍的进展研究
Progress research of acupuncture treatment in swallowing dysfunction after stroke
摘要
Abstract
In recent years the incidence of stroke increased year by year.Swallowing dysfunction is one of the most common complications of stroke,and strongly impact on self-care ability of patients′ daily life.The ice stimulation,electrical stimulation and other western medicine treatment were regarded as conventional therapy of swallowing dysfunction after stroke,but the effect was dissatisfactory.Chinese medicine therapy,especially acupuncture therapy with its high safety,efficacy significantly,in recent years was widely applied in treating stroke complications,and has obtained better satisfactory curative effect.This paper reviewed acupuncture treatment in swallowing dysfunction after stroke in recent years,in order to make it clear acupuncture treatment of stroke swallowing dysfunction and future research direction.关键词
