Bibliometric analysis of preventing deep venous thrombosis by mechanical inflatable pressurized device from 2005 to 2015

Abstract
Objective:To retrospectively analyze the literature on the prevention of deep venous thrombosis in China from 2005 to 2015.Method:The literature review strategy was used to analyze the literatures on the pre-vention of deep venous thrombosis in the domestic mechanical inflatable device from 2005 to 2015 by means of bibliometric analysis.Results:A total of 354 articles and 178 kinds of journals were searched out.The number of documents in the past 11 years was basically increasing year by year.The authors were from 29 provinces,mu-nicipalities and autonomous regions.The research institutions were mainly medical institutions.In the litera-ture research,followed by the clinical experience of the class.Subj ects to orthopedics,obstetrics and gynecology patients,the main focus of the study of mechanical inflatable device to prevent the effect of comparative study, on the use of equipment,cost-effective analysis (56.4%),the highest cited frequency of 83 times,the average cited frequency of 3.1 times.By the research fund to support the use of the type of science and technology,there were 22 articles.Conclusions:Mechanical inflization and compression device to prevent deep vein thrombosis in clinic had been more in- depth study,but there was still a lack of discussion on the use of devices,patients'com-pliance and device economic benefits analysis and other aspects of the future could explore the various factors and the more effective practice of mechanical inflatable pressurized device specifications.关键词
