Application of flipped classroom in training of clinical skills of cardiovascular liaison nurses

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the application of flipped classroom in the training of clinical skills of cardio-vascular nurses.Methods:A total of 34 cardiovascular liaison nurses were trained in the following two stages. The first stage used the traditional teaching method,and the second stage adopted the flipped classroom model. Then it compared the two stages theory and operation test scores.After the end of the second phase of the train-ing,it investgated all the liaison nurses on the flipped classroom training methods and their effects.Results:The first stage of cardiovascular liaison nurse theory and operation results were 82.04±2.37 and 90.27±2.88.The first stage of theory and operation results were 86.68±2.64,95.69±1.91.Second stage theory and operation scores were higher than those of the first stage (P<0.05).The majority of nurses believed that the effect of flipped the classroom training mode was good,learning efficiency was high (91 .18%),in the future to continue to take such training model(97.06%).Conclusions:The flipped classroom teaching model could help to improve the training effect and improve the clinical comprehensive ability of cardiovascular liaison nurses.关键词
