Effects of silicon calcium Fertilizer and nanocarbon on growth of wheat seedlings under drought stress
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The effects of silicon calcium fertilizer and nanocarbon disposal on the growth and physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings were studied under drought stress.The results could provide a new evidence for improving crop drought resistance.[Methods]We would study the changes of plant height,root length,root number,fresh weight and dry weight by using the silicon calcium fertilizer and nanocarbon disposal to the wheat seedings under drought stress and analyze the changes of the O2·-and photosynthetic pigment,MDA content,the activities of SOD and POD of wheat leaves.[Results] The results indicated,under the drought stress,applying silicon calcium fertilizer,silicon calcium fertilizer and nanocarbon disposal meanwhile could increase the plant height,length of root,fresh weight and dry weight of wheat seedings,decrease the contents of O2·-and MDA apparently.The total content of chlorophyll and the activities of SOD and POD could increase visibly.[Conclusion]Silicon calcium fertilizer and 3‰ nanocarbon applying together could remit the drought stress on the growth and physiological characteristics of wheat seedlings most visibly.关键词
