盐胁迫对金森女贞的生长与生理特性的影响
Effects of salt stress on growth and physiological characteristics of Ligustrum japohicum ‘Howardii’
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]In order to study effects of salt stress on growth and physiological characteristics of Ligustrum japohicum ‘Howardii’.[-Methods]The effects of different concentrations of NaCl (0、0.1％ 、0.25％ 、0.4％、0.55 ％、0.7 ％) on the growth and physiological characteristics of Ligustrum japohicum‘Howardii’ were performed by pot experiment in the plastic greenhouses.[-Results]The results showed that the growth and physiological characteristics of seedlings were affected very small with less than 0.4 ％ salt content in soil.The leaves of seedlings were curly,the content of chlorophyll and sugars and antioxidant were changed significantly,the growth of seedlings was inhibited significantly and some of them were death with 0.55 ％ and 0.7 ％ salt contents in soil.[Conclusion]Integrated analysis indicated that the L.japonicum ‘howardii’ seedlings could grow normally with less than 0.4％ salt content in soil.The growth and physiological trait were affected by over 0.55 ％ of solt content in soil.关键词
