生物预处理秸秆降解木质素条件的优化
Optimization of lignin degradation conditions for biological pretreatment of corn straw
摘要
Abstract
[Objective]The research aimed to optimize the conditions of corn straw degradstion by Phanerochaete chrysosporium.[Methods] Influences of different pH,temperatures.inoculum concentration and time of degradstion of Phanerochaete chrysosporium were analyzed by respectively using single factor design and orthogonal design.[Results]The optimum conditions for the degradation of lignin were as follow:the temperature 32 ℃,the initial pH 6,the inoculum concentration 10 piece,10 days.[Conclusion]Under the optimum conditions,the yield of reducing sugar increased from 0.47 g·L-1 to 0.79 g·L-1.The research can improve the utilization ratio of cellulose in corn straw,and further apply to the next step.关键词
