硒元素及硒结合蛋白1在消化系统常见恶性肿瘤中的表达及意义
Expression and significance of selenium element and selenium binding protein 1 in common gastrointestinal malignancies

Abstract
Objective To investigate the selenium(selenium,Se)content and selenium-binding protein 1 (selenium bindng protein1,SBP1) expression in esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer tissues and adjacent tissues.Methods Thirty cases of esophageal cancer,their gastric cancer,30 cases of col orectal cancer tissues and their corresponding adjacent cancer tissues were collected.Se element content was detected by atomic absorption spectrometry.Western blot was used to detect the expression of SBP1 protein.The relationship between the expression of SBP1 and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed.Results Compared with the adjacent tissues,the content of Se and the expression of SBP1 were significantly reduced in esophageal cancer,gastric cancer and colorectal cancer tissues(P < 0.05).In esophageal cancer tissues,there was no significant difference in SBP1 protein expression among patients with different clinicopathological features (P > 0.05).In gastric cancer and colorectal cancer tissues,SBP1 expression in TNM stage Ⅲ + Ⅳ and lymph node metastasis were significantly lower than that of patients with TNM stage Ⅰ + Ⅱ and without lymph node metastasis,respectively(P <0.05).The expression of SBP1 protein was not related with sex,age,degree of differentiation in patients with gastric cancer and colorectal cancer(P > 0.05).Conclusion Se elements and SBP1 protein are down-regulated in esophageal,gastric and colorectal cancer tissues,and the low expression of SBP1 may be related to the progression and prognosis of gastric cancer and colorectal cancer.关键词
