Network coding relay transmission algorithm based on cache management and link status

Abstract
In wireless networks,the coexistence of signal's omnidirectional transmission characteristic and network coding technique can improve the transmission efficiency in wireless channels.However,the transmission efficiency would decrease due to the potential failure of packet transmissions in unreliable wireless transmission links.To address this problem,a novel transmission algorithm was proposed,which was verified in the conducted network simulation.Paxticulaxly,the proposed algorithm can dynamically manage the buffer queue according to the delay requirements of specific transmission tasks,and decide whether encoding the transmission based on the network link status.The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can maximize the network throughout capacity with the acceptable network transmission delay.关键词
