基于自抗扰控制器的电动缸载荷系统研究
Study on electric cylinder loading system based on active disturbance rejection controller
摘要
Abstract
To simulate the load spectrum of the fatigue performance evaluation test system of the aircraft′s key components under extreme condition,the active disturbance rejection controller (ADRC) of the electric cylinder loading system was de-signed to estimate the system statues information and disturbance information,solve the accuracy control problem of the load spectrum under the extreme condition or undisturbed mathematical model condition,system stability problem caused by the un-certain system and disturbance caused by the changed extreme condition. The results of simulation experiment show that the con-trol effect of the active disturbance rejection control is better than that of the PID control,its response speed is faster and sys-tem antidisturbance capability is stronger under the same external conditions,and the controller can meet the requirements of the high loading accuracy of the servo electric cylinder loading control system,and high load spectrum repeatability and consis-tency of the experiment evaluation system.关键词
