人脐带间充质干细胞对类风湿性关节炎患者血清因子及DAS28、HAQ评分的影响
Effects of hUC MSCs on serum factors, DAS28 and HAQ score in patients with rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of human umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells ( hUC MSCs ) on DAS28, HAQ score and serum factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Methods From January 2014 to March 2016 , in First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University , 100 RA patients enrolled as the research object , they were divided into observation group ( n =55 ) and control group ( n =45 ) , the control group was given NSAIDs and DMARDs , observation group also were given treatment on the basis of hUC MSCs treatment ,between the 2 groups, rheumatoid factor,anti CCP antibody, CRP and B cells and CD4 +Treg level, DAS28 score, HAQ score were compared.Results Before treatment, 2 groups of rheumatoid factor , anti CCP and CRP had no significant difference ( t =0.434, t =0.955, t =0.684, P >0.05);after treatment, observation of rheumatoid factor , CRP group were lower than before treatment ( t =6.789, t =16.183, P <0.05), the control group reduced rheumatoid factor ( t =2.542, P <0.05).Rheumatoid factor and CRP in the observation group than the control group decreased significantly ( t =-2.918, t =-14.147, P <0.05).Before the treatment, no statistical significance of B cells in the 2 groups and the difference of CD4 +Treg ( t =-0.461, t =0.172, P >0.05); after treatment, the observation group CD4 +Treg higher than that before treatment, while B cells decreased (t=-10.875, t =7.174, P <0.05), and the observation group was better than the control group ( t =9.751, t =-8.115, P <0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference in DAS28 and HAQ scores between the 2 groups ( t =-0.097, t =-0.276, P >0.05).After treatment, the control group had no significant changes in DAS 28 and HAQ scores ( t =1.182, t =1.747, P >0.05).The DAS28 and HAQ scores in the observation group were lower than those be-fore treatment ( t =10.417, t =-5.905), and were better than those in the control group ( t =-5.905, t =-5.650, P <0.05).Conclusion The hUC MSCs in the treatment of RA has a certain effect , can improve the patient's condition, ad-just immune tolerance , it is worth further study .关键词
