摘要

Abstract

The surface organic modification of tourmaline was studied with modifier of KH-570,and the reaction conditions were optimized with the parameters of contact angle and turbidity in liquid paraffin of modified tourmaline.The experimental results showed that the modified tourmaline had a well hydrophobicity when 10% KH-570 of tourmaline reacted 60min at 70℃ in solution of ethanol and water (ratio 3∶1) with pH 4.The structure and morphology of modified tourmaline was characterized by means of XRD,SEM and DTA analysis.The results indicated that the organic chain was introduced onto the surface of tourmaline and its dispersity was improved obviously,but the crystal structure of tourmaline was no altered.
