摘要
Abstract
This paper summarizes the technical status of the common equipment used in nonmetal mining industry.HRM vertical roller mill used in pyrophyllite,kaolin and other non-metallic mineral powder products processing as an example.Study on the wear mechanism of vertical grinding equipment,and wear resistant processing technology of parts such as roller sleeve and blade of separator.develope for the HRM 1700X vertical roller mill used in non-metallic mineral powder producing.The application results show that the equipment production fineness of d99.9 ≤ 45 μm,stand-alone capacity is 6 times of Raymond mill,to 12t/h,service life of wearing parts is 5 times of raymond mill,the average power consumption per ton of product is 56～58kWh/t,the equipment efficiency reached above 96％,meet the design requirements.The equipment and technology in line with the principle of non-metallic mineral powder processing requirements,low average power consumption per ton of product with high purity and high efficiency.关键词
