摘要
Abstract
In this paper,combined with the non-metallic mineral industry technology innovation and development direction and the characteristics of the demand for its products under the economic new normal.Study on the process and practice of the production line system of fine ground calcium carbonate (GCC) powder with an annual output of 80 thousand tons.The innovation design and development of the grinding device and grading device of HRM 17/2X vertical roller mill are explored.The results show that the HRM 17/2X vertical roller mill production d97=22μm single scale products reached 6.7t/h,the degree of precision reached 2μm fine powder volume content is more than 28％,d100 ≤ 38μm,d50=4.0～4.6μm,energy consumption per ton of products is less than or equal to 55.39kWh/t.It realized that the technology innovation of HRM 17/2X vertical grinding equipment,GCC industry scale,product fine energy-saving production.关键词
