西洛他唑片对老年脑血管疾病神经介入后抗血栓作用的临床研究
Clinical trial of cilostazol tablets on elder people with cerebrovascular diseases after neurointervention

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and saffety of cilostazol tablets combined with aspirin tablets and clopidogrel tablets on elder people with cerebrovascular diseases after neurointervention.Methods A total of 39 elder people with cerebrovascular diseases after neurointervention were randomly divided into control group (n =11 cases) and treatment group (n =28 cases).Control group received aspirin 300 mg qd oral + clopidogrel 75 mg qd oral.Treatment group was given cilostazol 200 mg qd oral,on the basis of control group.Two groups were treated from 1 week before the operation to 6 months Mter operation.The clinical efficacy,platelet aggregation rate (PAR),hemodynamic parameters and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 85.71％ (24/28 cases) and 54.55％ (6/11 cases),with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:PAR were (44.57 ± 8.44) ％,(56.83 ± 11.46) ％;shear rates of whole blood viscosity were (2.92 ± 1.09) ％,(3.96 ± 1.32) ％;plasma viscosity were (1.20 ± 0.32),(1.51 ± 0.43) mPa · s;shear rate of relative blood viscosity were (2.18 ± 0.28)％,(2.50 ± 0.41)％;hematocrit were (0.38 ±0.06)％,(0.48 ±0.06)％;fibrous protein were(2.83 ± 1.04),(3.29 ± 1.26) g · L-1,the differences were significant (P ＜ 0.05).In the two groups,the adverse drug reactions were based on headache and gastrointestinal reactions.The incidences of adverse drug reactions in treatment and control groups were 21.43％ and 27.27％ without significant difference(P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion Cilostazol tablets combined with aspirin tablets and clopidogrel tablets have a definitive clinical efficacy in the treatment of elder people with cerebrovascular diseases after neurointervention,without increasing the incidence of adverse drug reactions.关键词
