核转录因子-κB在膀胱癌组织中的表达及其临床意义
Clinical significance of nuclear transcription factors kappa B expression in bladder cancer

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the association between clinical characteristics and nuclear transcription factors kappa B (NF-κB) expression in bladder cancer.Methods Ninety-eight bladder cancer patients were included in study.The NF-κB expression in cancer tissue,paraneoplastic tissue and normal bladder tissue was examined by immunohistochemical method.The association between clinical characteristics such as age,gender,grade clinical stage,lymph node metastasis and nuclear transcription factors NF-κB expression in bladder cancer was evaluate.The tumor recurrence was assessed between the NF-κB positive and negative group.Results NF-κB positive rate were 61.22％ (60/98 cases),18.37％ (18/98 cases) and 5.10％ (5/98 cases) in cancer tissue,paraneoplastic tissue and normal bladder tissue respectively with statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05);G1,G2 and G3 differentiation distribution were 9 cases (15.00％),27 cases (45.00％),24 cases (40.00％) in NF-κB positive expression group and 8 cases (47.37％),15 cases(39.47％),5 cases(13.16％) in NF-κB negative expression group respectively which indicated significant difference between tumor differentiation in NF-κB positive and negative group (P ＜ 0.05).The median recurrence time were 10.10 and 23.50 months for the NF-κB positive and negative group with the 3-year recurrence risk of 89.62％ and 64.19％ respectively which indicated NF-κB positive group had more risk for recurrence hazard ratio (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion NF-κB is associated with pathology grade of bladder cancer which could be used as a biomarker for judging recurrence of bladder cancer.关键词
