摘要

Abstract

Defects in DNA repair play an important role in tumor formation.Microsatellites located in the genome are the most prone to mismatches in the DNA replication process.Mismatch repair gene (MMR) is required to repair the mismatch repair mechanism.If the MMR mutation results in loss of function,it will lead to tumorigenesis.In this paper,the previous DNA mismatch repair system and its role in the tumor in each system will be summarized,hoping to provide the basis for the future research of tumor formation in the molecular level and its treatment.
