摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the antimicrobial agent treatment of community acquired urinary tract infection.Methods One recurrent cystitis patient's antimicrobial agents using history and the results of bacteria antimicrobial susceptibility were analyzed,as well as the data of bacterial resistance surveillance in China to formulate the treatment protocol.Results and conclusion The antibiotic resistance of clinical bacterial isolates from urine is growing in recent years.The effective antimicrobial agent protocol should be formulated according to not only the results of bacteria antimicrobial susceptibility but also the antimicrobial agents using history.关键词
