全面健康素养测量量表的汉化及信效度分析
The Chinesization of All Aspects of Health Literacy Scale and Its Reliability and Validity

Abstract
Objective To chinesize the All Aspects of Health Literacy Scale (AAHLS)and test reliability and validity of its Chinese version. Methods The Chinese - version AAHLS items were determined by translation,back - translation and cultural adjustment. From July to September 2015,645 inpatients were selected from 4 comprehensive hospitals in Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces by convenient sampling method. A total of 610 valid questionnaires were collected and the effective response rate was 94. 6%. Two weeks later,20 of the studied patients were selected for retesting. The critical ratio method and correlation analysis were used to analyze the scale. The internal consistency Cronbach′s α coefficient and the retest reliability were used to measure the reliability of the scale,and content validity,exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used to test the validity of the scale. Results The Chinese - version AAHLS had 11 items totally,3 factors,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 61. 275%;confirmatory factor analysis through factor model showed that the chi - square/ DOF ratio (χ2 / df)was 1. 293,the goodness of fit index (GFI)was 0. 969,the adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI)was 0. 951, the normed fit index (NFI)was 0. 937,the incremental fit index (IFI)was 0. 985,the comparative fit index (CFI)is 0. 985 and the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA)was 0. 031. The content validity index of items 1 to 11 (I - CVI)was 0. 750 ~ 1. 000,and the content validity index of the overall scale (S - CVI)was 0. 943. The Cronbach′s α coefficient was 0. 811 and the Cronbach′s α coefficient of each dimension was 0. 718 ~ 0. 764. The test reliability of the overall scale was 0. 853,and the retest reliability of each dimension was 0. 808 ~ 0. 861. Conclusion The Chinese - version AAHLS has good reliability and validity. It can be applied to evaluate the health literacy of our Chinese patients.关键词
