摘要
Abstract
Anemia and thrombocytopenia,the common symptoms in department of hemopathology,can be caused by a variety of diseases. When anemia,thrombocytopenia combining with hypercalcemia,it is easy for physicians to make the diagnosis of multiple myeloma. The patient whose initial manifestation was severe anemia and thrombocytopenia combined with hypercalcemia was included. Then the paper reports the diagnosis and treatment process of the megaloblastic anemia patient combined with primary hyperparathyroidism (parathyroid adenoma)and makes a literature review. The paper aims to improve the understanding of clinicians in anemia,thrombocytopenia combined with hypercalcemia,broaden the diagnostic way of thinking and avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.关键词
