摘要
Abstract
The lung tissue infected with tuberculosis can secrete excessive antidiuretic hormone (ADH),and cause the occurrence of syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion (SIADH). The status of diagnosis of one case with SIADH due to tuberculosis admitted to North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital was summarized in the paper. The patient with systemic multiple tuberculosis accompanied by severe hyponatremia was finally diagnosed with SIADH after excluding from other diseases based on the multiple examination results. It is suggested that the tuberculosis patients should undergo the related imaging and laboratory tests timely in order to find whether they have the SIADH,by which missed diagnosis or misdiagnosis of SIADH can be avoided.关键词
