摘要

Abstract

In order to investigate the distribution of PADV3 in the naturally infected pigs,the realtime quantitative PCR was used to detect the virus content of PADV3 in different organs and tissues of piglets,sows and the pigs mixedly infected(PCV2) with natural infection.In result,PADV3 was detected in most organs but the virus content was different in different organs.The content was higher in the intestinal mucosa,lung,lymphoglandulae mesentericae and tonsil,but it was lower in the heart,liver and spleen.The content of PADV3 of the lung,lymphoglandulae mesentericae and tonsil in piglets mixedly infection with of PCV2 was significantly increased.For the intestinal mucosa,lung,lymphoglandulae mesentericae and tonsil,PADV3 was stronger in tropism,but was lower to the heart,liver,spleen.The existence of PCV2 in fection increased the proliferation and replication,and enhanced the pro-infection tissue tropism of PADV3.
