牛疱疹病毒Ⅰ型感染对牛胚气管细胞Toll样受体2表达的影响
Toll-like receptor 2 expression in bovine embryonic tracheal cells infected with bovine herpesvirus 1

Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)of the bovine embryonic tracheal (EBTr) cells during the infection of bovine herpesvirus type I (BHV-1).We detected the relative expression levels of TLR2 mRNA and proteins post BHV-1 infection at 0,6,12,24 and 48 h in the EBTr cell using the SYBR Green I real-time PCR method and Western-blot.The results showed that the relative expression levels of TLR2 mRNA and proteins in the BHV-1 group were lower than those of the control group at 6 h and 12 h.However,the mRNA and proteins of TLR2 were significantly higher than those of the control group at 48 h (P＜0.O1).It suggests that BHV-1 infection can increase the expression of TLR2 mRNA and protein significantly.These results indicated that BHV-1 infection can change the TLR2 mRNA and protein expression levels in EBTr cells providing a guideline for exploring TLR2 mediated immune mechanisms of BHV-1.关键词
