鲫鱼源致病性维氏气单胞菌的分离鉴定及药敏试验
Isolation, identification and drug susceptibility of the pathogenic Aeromonas veronii from Carassius aumtus
摘要
Abstract
To identify the cause of disease in the Carassius aumtus,one pathogenic bacterium named JYX-1 was isolated from the spleen.It was identified as Aeromonas veronii according to its morphological,physiobiochemical characteristics,16S rRNA,housekeeping gene sequencing,virulence genes,phylogenetic trees and drug susceptibility analysis.The results showed that the JYX-1 strain could infect C.aumtus.Based on 16S rRNA and housekeeping genes of JYX-l,the constructed phylogenetic trees showed that the isolate was clustered with A.veronii.Six virulence genes(aer,act,Aha,ser,exu,and lip) related to the pathogenicity of Aeromonas spp.were subjected to PCR assay.The result of drug susceptibility test showed that the isolate was sensitive to 11 chemicals including clarithromycin,tobramycin and streptomycin.These results provide a scientific basis for the identification and treatment of C.aumtus infected with A.veronii.关键词
