Abstract
Pre-slaughter stunning is a critical process for humane slaughter,animal welfare,carcass quality,and meat quality of poultry.We reviewed the latest regulation or standards on stunning methods and critical parameters promulgated by the World Animal Health Organization,European Union,the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations,America and China,to provide a reference for the production,research and legislation of poultry slaughtering industry in our country.关键词
